REALToDo now available on web, Apple iOS, and Android

REALToDo CRM is now available on the web via the REALToDo web portal. You can download REALToDo CRM on the Apple App Store and get REALToDo CRM on Google Play. You can also find REALToDo on the App Store and on Google Play by simply searching for "realtodo crm".

Check out the REALToDo product page for a brief summary of what REALToDo can do for you.

If you want to see what REALToDo looks like but you're not in the mood to create an account, check out the REALToDo Youtube channel.

Anyone can sign up for a free, 30-day free trial (no credit card required). After your free trial, REALToDo can be purchased for just $10/month. That's $10/month, not $10/user/month - so a single REALToDo account can be used for individuals as well as small teams.

We value your input

We rolled out the finished product about a week ago and we've been speaking with a handful of real estate agents to check for bugs and improvements. All this is to say that we're not done working on this product. Yes, it is now "finished", but we're not going to let it languish.

We'll keep working to improve our service and give real estate agents the functions that they want. So if you see an area where we could improve, let us know! We can't promise that we'll implement every suggestion (indeed, we want to avoid stuffing REALToDo with too many features), but we'll do our best to address popular requests. We're here to help.

Check out the REALToDo product updates to see what we've been up to lately and look below to see what we have planned for the near future.

Future changes to REALToDo

As we said earlier, we're going to keep working on improving REALToDo CRM based on user feedback. To keep you in the loop on what we're doing, we've included a list of our current projects below:

Improved analytics

We're going to be adding a new "client insights" section to your analytics module. This section will include information like:

  • Geographic locations your clients are coming from
  • Lead sources that are resulting in sales
  • Average time from client creation to closing date
  • Average home prices
  • Average difference between asking price and closing price
  • Average difference between client budget and closing price

Chrome plugin for easier use

We'll be adding a Chrome plugin to make it simpler for you to add to-dos, clients, and map markers to your REALToDo CRM account. Ideally, this will allow you to highlight text on your screen and add that information to your REALToDo. We're still working on the best way to implement this, but we'll update you once we have some solid progress.

More color options

Currently, your color options in REALToDo are red, blue, teal, green, and orange (with gray reserved for specialized, default options). Due to popular demand, we'll be adding a couple new colors to these options. Please keep in mind that we're limiting the number of colors for a reason - we feel that having too many colors will make the interface messier and more difficult to use. So we'll slowly start adding colors and see how users respond.

Calendar alerts and integrations

To increase functionality, we'll be adding event alerts to our calendar. This means that if you have the REALToDo mobile application, you'll receive phone notifications when your events are coming up.

We'll also be working on integrating our calendar with Google Calendar and Apple's iCal.

Thank you and stay tuned

If you're in the market for a new CRM or you're a freshly minted real estate agent, consider REALToDo for your client management needs. We've created a CRM for real estate agents that is simple, easy-to-use, cost-effective, and mobile-friendly. If that description caught your eye, sign up for a 30-day free trial and see how we compare to the competition.
